Shipping Methods
The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (4–6 business days), Second Day (2 business days), Next Day (1 business day), and Same Day (Local Pickup). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery. Some items cannot be shipped via expedited methods due to size, weight, hazardous materials, or delivery address, and will only have Standard Ground available. We do not currently ship to Canada or other international addresses. Orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Standard Ground
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4–6 business days depending on delivery location.
Second Day
Available on select products for customers shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed by 12:00pm EST on a business day will be processed same day and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.
Next Day
Available on select products for customers shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed by 12:00pm EST on a business day will be processed same day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.
Expedited Orders
Orders placed for expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) before 12:00pm EST will be shipped the day they are placed. Expedited orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Applicable to in-stock items only. Expedited shipping upgrades the transit time only — it does not reduce supplier processing or backorder wait times.
Backorders
Some items may be temporarily out of stock and available for backorder. If your order contains a backordered item, you will receive an email notification with an estimated fulfillment date. Backordered items will ship as soon as stock is available using the shipping method selected at checkout. You may contact us at any time to cancel a backordered item before it ships. Expedited shipping on backordered items applies to transit time only and does not accelerate restocking.
Manufacturer and Supplier Direct Shipments
Certain products are fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or authorized supplier rather than from our own inventory. For these items:
- Processing times may be 2–5 additional business days before the item ships.
- Delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect transit time only and may not include supplier processing time.
- Expedited shipping methods may not be available for all supplier-fulfilled items.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking once the supplier dispatches your order.
- MyAED remains your single point of contact for all order inquiries — contact us and we will coordinate directly with the supplier on your behalf.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility
Carriers scan packages as “Delivered” when they have delivered the shipment to the address provided at checkout. Depending on the destination, this may include:
- Direct handoff to the recipient
- Delivery to a building mailroom, package room, receiving dock, or similar area
- Delivery to a front desk, concierge, security desk, or leasing office
- “Inside delivery” at a commercial property or hotel
By choosing to ship to a hotel, office, school, hospital, apartment, condominium, or any other multi-unit property, you agree that delivery to the property’s receiving area or staff constitutes delivery to you.
If Your Package Shows "Delivered" But Cannot Be Located
Please do the following within 3 business days:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation matches your intended delivery location.
- Check around the delivery location for common package drop areas.
- For apartments and multi-unit buildings, check with your building office, concierge, or mailroom.
- For business and hotel deliveries, contact the front desk or receiving department with your tracking number and delivery date.
If you are still unable to locate the shipment, contact MyAED within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery scan. Refunds or replacements for orders marked as “Delivered” are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. MyAED ships to the address provided on your order exactly as entered and does not modify or verify addresses before dispatch.
If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address entered by the customer:
- The customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
- If the package is returned to us, a reshipment fee applies before the order is resent.
- If the package cannot be recovered, MyAED is not responsible for the loss and a refund will not be issued.
- A 25% restocking fee may apply if the returned item cannot be reshipped.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct the address before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
To determine your shipping cost:
- Add items to your cart and select Checkout.
- Enter or verify your shipping address.
- Select your delivery method to see the cost.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product(s) and the destination zip code, calculated using UPS’s rate calculator.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to FAA safety restrictions, items containing regulated or hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air and will ship via ground service only.
Street Addresses Required
We only ship to business and residential street addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Refused Shipment
All refused shipments without prior approval will be subject to a 25% restock fee. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
