NAR-4 Chest Pouch
Rapid chest access for critical care
The NAR-4 Chest Pouch is built to put lifesaving tools at the front of the plate carrier, where medics and tactical healthcare providers can reach them instantly. Designed for use by combat medics, tactical EMS, law enforcement medics, and point of injury clinicians, the pouch organizes basic and advanced gear with elastic storage loops that secure items until needed. Its streamlined profile reduces bulk on the chest while maintaining immediate access, making it ideal for high tempo casualty response, rapid entry operations, and dynamic patient care where speed and organization directly affect outcomes.
Purpose built materials and access features
Every access point and material choice on the NAR-4 Chest Pouch focuses on reliability and silence. The container uses 500D CORDURA Solution Dyed Nylon with Near Infrared signature reduction and Ghillie Tex IR signature reduction hardware, improving concealment in low observable environments. A self repairing nylon zipper with 550 cord pull offers quiet operation, while sand and water resistant zipper construction resists the elements. Internal elastic loops and an ambidextrous trauma shear configuration keep tools in place, so the operator can deploy equipment without fiddling or searching under stress.
Rugged construction for field conditions
Constructed to withstand continuous field use, the NAR-4 Chest Pouch uses robust textiles and reinforced stitching to resist abrasion and moisture. The 500D CORDURA Solution Dyed Nylon delivers long term color retention and UV stability, while water and sand resistant zipper assemblies protect internal contents in harsh conditions. Attachment points are reinforced to tolerate repeated rigging to PALS and MOLLE style webbing, preserving fit and function through training cycles and operational deployments. The overall package balances low weight with structural integrity for mission endurance.
Configurable for diverse missions
The NAR-4 Chest Pouch adapts to operator preference and mission requirements, allowing clinicians to configure storage based on skill set and expected threats. Its modular interior accepts a range of trauma tools and supplies, while PALS/MOLLE style attachment enables chest mounting on most plate carriers and rigs. Use it as an auxiliary companion for combat casualty care, as a primary chest mounted IFAK for patrol medics, or as an equipment staging point during mass casualty incidents. Ambidextrous access and organized elastic loops make it effective across environments, from urban operations to austere pre hospital care.
