Maritime Assault Kit (CCRK)
Rapid Maritime Casualty Control
The Maritime Assault Kit CCRK is a compact casualty response kit built for operators who run boarding actions, littoral missions, and shipboard emergency response. Sized to ride low on a belt or secure to body armor, it is optimized to stop the three leading causes of preventable combat death, including severe extremity bleeding, tension pneumothorax, and airway compromise. The kit design supports fast, one handed access under stressful conditions, allowing medics, corpsmen, and specially trained sailors to apply tourniquets, seal chest wounds, and secure airways quickly. Its small footprint and mission tailored layout let teams carry critical capability without excess bulk, improving mobility during boarding, small boat, and close quarters maritime operations.
Purpose Built Material and Signature Reduction
Engineered for maritime stealth and durability, this kit uses 500D CORDURA® Solution Dyed Nylon with Near Infrared signature reduction to reduce visual and IR detectability in low light and twilight operations. Ghillie Tex IR signature reduction hardware further lowers a wearer signature in sensor rich environments. The exterior includes a sand and water resistant, self repair zipper with silent 550 cord pulls for quiet access. Attachment is flexible, with PALS/MOLLE style webbing, a removable belt, and a leg strap with Quick Grip for secure ride or rapid drop. Case closed dimensions are H 7.4 in. x W 6.9 in. x D 5 in., and weight is 1 lb 13 oz, keeping size and mass to a minimum for maritime users.
Built to Withstand Sea and Sand
Construction emphasizes long term performance in corrosive, abrasive maritime environments. The Solution Dyed nylon resists UV fade and retains color when exposed to salt spray, while heavy duty CORDURA fabric stands up to chafing against deck hardware. Reinforced bar tack stitching at load points and corrosion resistant hardware improve longevity under constant wear. The self repair zipper and sealed seams reduce ingress of sand and grit, preserving interior contents and pull function over repeated deployments. Every material choice prioritizes mission life, so shipboard medics and assault teams can depend on consistent performance during extended operations in salt water and sandy littoral zones.
Modular Attachment and Mission Flexibility
The Maritime Assault Kit CCRK adapts to multiple mounting preferences and mission sets. Operators can use the split tale connector with height adjustment and Quick Grip leg strap for low profile leg carry, attach via PALS/MOLLE style webbing to vests or body armor, or secure to a web or gun belt using quick weave methods. Removable belt and leg straps allow rapid reconfiguration between top of belt, drop leg, or vest mounted setups. This flexibility makes the kit ideal for boarding teams, small boat crews, shipboard first responders, and special operations elements who require fast access in confined spaces or dynamic maritime environments.
